To achieve this, we're introducing dry anaerobic fermentation for the very first time. In this process, raw coffee cherries are fermented for 72 hours with cinnamon sticks and tartaric acid, unlocking a hidden depth of flavour with subtle winey notes.
Combined with the smooth and comforting notes of Brazil Cerrado Santa Maria, it evokes a Christmas market: warm cinnamon, freshly baked gingerbread cookies 🍪, honey 🍯, milk chocolate 🍫, and juicy grapes 🍇.
