Shipping Policy

Shipping freshly roasted coffee beans is our top priority. We strive to ensure that all our coffee is roasted no longer than 10 days from your date of purchase. All roast dates are stated on each and every coffee description. All our coffee are grinded/packed upon order to prolong the shelf-life of our coffee.

Shipping Schedule

We'll do our best to ship your caffeine needs within 48 hours of purchase confirmation, excluding orders with 1kg orders. As we are a micro-roaster, we will roast your 1kg order once the order is placed to ensure maximum freshness, hence it takes slightly longer (2-3 days) to ship. Orders contain roast-to-order coffees will be shipped together in a single shipment.

Orders placed before 6pm will be ready for shipment by the next business day, except on weekends and public holidays, where it is also subject to courier operating hours.

Shipping Within Malaysia

All orders are shipped via DHL E-Commerce, Poslaju, GDEX & J&T Express courier service, from Monday until Saturday (Saturday delivery subject to house address only). It usually takes 2-5 working days for the courier to deliver your order, depending on your location and courier availability.

Shipping Fees

The cost of shipping depends on weight, volume and destination. The price for your shipment is calculated and added to your total during checkout. You may check the fee with a cart using the shipping rates calculator.

Enjoy Free Shipping for orders over RM150. 

Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on the country and they will be charged once the parcel has reached the destination country. The recipient of the parcel will pay these charges, customs policies vary by country. We shall not be responsible for any issues related to customs clearance, the receiver of the parcel must contact the local courier regarding this. We recommend a purchase of a maximum of 2kg in a single purchase to ease customs clearance. If you cannot find the rates for your country above, contact us and we will get back to you soon.
